To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetricVault AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any service interruptions or resulting damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
