Our platform uses several third-party providers to power core features. When you run an analysis (a Domain Overview, Backlink Profile, Competitor Battle report, or AI Visibility audit), we query those providers using only the domain or URL you submit. Providers include:

• DataForSEO: organic keyword data, backlink profiles, SERP tracking, and site audit data.
• Uptime Robot: platform status monitoring
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing

We do not transmit your personal account details to these providers beyond what is necessary for authentication and billing.

We use the information we collect for a limited and specific set of purposes:

• To process subscription payments and send billing confirmations.
• To send essential service notifications such as security alerts and account updates

Our Chrome extension reads your active tab URL only when you click the extension button and initiate an analysis. It does not passively monitor your browsing. No browsing history, cookies, or form data is collected or transmitted by the extension.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves or laws change. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date above and notify you by email where required. Continued use of MetricVault AI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
