Results, reports and sharing
The hub for everything that happens after a tool finishes: reading the result, saving it, exporting it, branding it and sharing it with a client.

Summary#
Running a tool is only the first half of the job. This category covers the second half: what happens to a result once it exists. Every finished run is saved for you automatically, can be reopened at no cost for 90 days, can leave the platform as a PDF, Excel workbook, CSV or JSON file, and can be published as a public link that anyone can open without an account. Start here and follow the link that matches what you want to do next.
Overview#
A result travels through four stages, and there is at least one article for each.
1. Read it. Results are laid out by a shared result shell rather than by tool, so learning one report teaches you all of them. Reading a result owns the anatomy of the screen; the two articles below go deeper on the parts that raise the most questions.
2. Keep it. Nothing needs to be saved by hand. Every successful run is written to your Saved Work and stays there for 90 days, and reopening it never costs credits.
3. Get it out. Four file formats and a public link, all built in your browser from the result on screen. Exports are free and are not gated by plan.
4. Make it yours. On Pro and above you can put your own company name, logo and colors on the pages you share with clients.
Reading results#
- Executive summaries and result tabs — the summary-first category tabs, why they appear, and how to read each one.
- Charts and visualizations — every chart type used across results and how to interpret it.
- Reading a result — the full anatomy of a result screen, including the source badge and the empty states.
Saved Work and history#
- Saving a result — what gets saved, when, and what is stored inside a saved result.
- Saved Work — the Saved Work workspace: search, filter, group, reopen, run fresh, delete, and page through everything you have run.
- My Reports — the My Reports screen, its report picker and its six templates.
- Report history — the Report History and Activity views, and which one to use for what.
Exports and sharing#
- Exporting results — PDF, Excel, CSV and JSON: what each contains, what the files are named, and which surfaces produce a file.
- Sharing a result by link — creating a public link, who can see it, what the public page shows, and how to have one removed.
- Export and sharing problems — when an export produces nothing, a PDF looks wrong, or a share link will not open.
Branding#
- White-label reports — what white-label reporting covers, what it needs, and what a client sees.
- Custom branding — the branding editor itself: logo, colors, custom footer, saving and resetting.
Related work elsewhere#
- Scheduled reports — running a report on a weekly or monthly cadence instead of by hand.
- Get Recommendations — turning a finished result into a prioritized action plan.
- How credits work — what a run costs, and why reopening a saved result costs nothing.
