The 14-day free trial
Paid plans include a 14-day trial. It is offered to first-time customers only, and a trialing subscription has the full paid plan.

Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrading is a new checkout for the higher plan. There is no in-place downgrade, so moving down means cancelling and resubscribing.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the account then returns to Free.

Tax, VAT and currency
