Enterprise and custom agreements
What the Enterprise plan includes and gates automatically, and what a custom agreement adds - volume pricing, SSO/SAML, a DPA, data residency and invoicing.
Last updated 2026-08-06
Summary#
Enterprise is a normal, self-serve plan: $749/mo, or $599/mo billed annually, with 10,000 credits a month, effectively unlimited seats and workspaces, and REST API access. Above it sits Custom, which is not a plan you can buy from the pricing page — it is an agreement negotiated with our sales team, covering things such as usage-based credit volume, SSO/SAML, a data processing agreement, data residency and annual invoicing.
Purpose#
Large organizations rarely fail to buy software because of the price. They fail because of procurement, security review, identity management and invoicing. This page separates what Enterprise gives you the moment you check out from what requires a conversation, so you know which of your requirements the product already satisfies and which belong in a contract.
Overview#
The Enterprise plan#
Enterprise is bought like any other plan, at the price listed on the pricing page, with the same 14-day free trial for first-time customers. Its card lists:
| Included | Detail |
|---|---|
| Monthly AI credits | 10,000 |
| Team seats | Unlimited |
| Client workspaces | Unlimited |
| Blog websites | Unlimited |
| REST API access | Generate your own keys |
| Monitoring and tracked prompts | Unlimited |
| Dedicated account manager and SLA | Yes |
| Onboarding and team training | Yes |
| Everything in Agency | Premium AI models, bulk analysis, editor and author roles, unbranded client deliverables, priority support |
Prices and the full matrix are in Plans and pricing and Full plan comparison.
The Custom tier#
The Custom card carries no price. It reads Let's talk, with the note Annual invoicing · Procurement friendly, and its call to action is Talk to sales. It lists, on top of everything in Enterprise:
- Custom credit volume and usage-based pricing
- SSO / SAML on request
- DPA, security review and compliance
- Dedicated infrastructure and data residency
- Custom integrations and private endpoints
- Named CSM and custom SLA
Custom is a commercial arrangement rather than a switch in the product. Nothing on that list is self-serve.
How it works#
What Enterprise turns on automatically#
Three things change the moment an Enterprise subscription applies to your account, with no involvement from us:
- The credit allowance becomes 10,000 a month. It is metered exactly like every other plan and resets at
00:00 UTC on the 1st. See How credits work. - The seat cap effectively disappears. You can invite as many teammates as you need. Seat mechanics are in Seats and plan limits and Team and workspace billing.
- REST API access unlocks. You can generate your own API keys, up to 5 active keys per account. Below Enterprise, key creation is refused with
This feature requires the Enterprise plan. Your account is on Pro. Upgrade to unlock it.See API keys and Authentication.
Everything Pro and Agency include comes with it, including white-label report branding, scheduled reports and unbranded client deliverables.
What is arranged rather than switched on#
These are the items to raise with sales, and to plan lead time for:
| Requirement | Status |
|---|---|
| SSO / SAML | Available on request under a custom agreement. It is not a setting you can enable yourself, and it is not part of the standard Enterprise plan |
| Data processing agreement (DPA) | Arranged with sales |
| Security review and questionnaires | Arranged with sales |
| Dedicated infrastructure and data residency | Arranged with sales |
| Custom integrations and private endpoints | Arranged with sales |
| Annual invoicing and purchase orders | Arranged with sales. Self-serve checkout takes a card, not an invoice |
| Usage-based or custom credit volume | Arranged with sales |
| Named customer success manager and a custom SLA | Arranged with sales |
Important: Do not plan a rollout around SSO being available on Enterprise. The plan matrix lists SSO/SAML on the Custom tier only, on request. If centralised identity is a hard requirement, start the sales conversation before you buy.
How to start a conversation#
There are two routes, and they reach the same inbox:
- From the pricing page. The Custom card's Talk to sales button opens a message to
sales@metricvaultai.comwith the subjectCustom plan enquiry. The line under the plan grid — "Not sure which plan fits? Tell us what you run and we'll size it for you" — goes to the same place. - From the dashboard. On an Enterprise account, the button in the Subscription card on the Account screen reads Talk to sales instead of Upgrade, and opens a message with the subject
Enterprise plan enquiry.
Bring these to the first conversation and it will be a short one:
- How many people need to run premium research, and how many only need to read results.
- Your expected monthly volume of the heavy reports — Domain Overview, Backlink Profile, Influencer Analysis — since those set the credit volume.
- Whether you need SSO, a DPA, a security review, or specific data residency.
- How you need to be invoiced: card or invoice, monthly or annual, with or without a purchase order.
- Any integration or endpoint requirement that is not in the standard product.
What still behaves the same way on Enterprise#
Enterprise does not change the mechanics of the platform, and assuming otherwise causes avoidable surprises:
- Credits are shared within a workspace, not allocated per named user. A teammate working in the owner's workspace spends the owner's allowance; there is no separate per-user pool or per-user cap. See Team and workspace billing.
- The credit month is still the calendar month in UTC, not your billing anniversary, and unused credits still do not roll over.
- Billing is still in US dollars with no tax added at checkout, unless a custom agreement says otherwise. See Tax, VAT and currency.
- The billing portal still has no plan-switching, so moving between plans is a checkout, and cancellation is at period end. See Upgrading and downgrading and Cancelling your subscription.
- Some published plan figures are commercial guidance, not automatic caps. Monitored URLs, rank alerts, tracked prompts and workspace counts are not enforced by the system on any tier, so agree them rather than assume them. See Full plan comparison.
Support and service levels#
Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager, an uptime SLA, and onboarding and team training. Priority support comes with Agency and above. A custom SLA and a named customer success manager are part of a custom agreement. The general route into support, and what to include in a request, is in Contacting support.
